As you may have already noticed, we prefer granite padlocks over all other padlocks. These are massive and belong to the 1st league of padlocks. They were developed by Abus especially for the high demands of the Swedish insurance specifications and also meet the European CEN standards .
They are also supplied with illuminated keys and are well protected by the Black Granite coating by corrosion. Furthermore, granite padlocks work with the ABUS Plus locking system, which makes picking or similar cracking methods very difficult. As a result, these padlocks are among the safest in the world. We do not mean to say that these locks are unbreakable, there is no such thing, or at least not known to us. With enough time, every padlock can be cracked (in principle, every locking system). The decisive factor is often the time required by the burglar to remove a padlock. The longer it takes, the greater the risk that it will be caught burglary/theft. Statistically, burglary attempts are stopped again after a few minutes, because the risk is too great. We can only really recommend them to padlocks like the Abus 37/55 , if they want to secure their valuables in the best possible way. These locks are evidence that padlocks can be safe. The ABUS 37 55 is our test winner! No other castle in our opinion offers such a good price / performance ratio as this one. Overall, currently our favorite – padlock on the German market. It is a very high quality granite padlock. For such a massive lock, the Abus 37/55 curtain lock is also relatively cheap, as you will notice on the other models we show. Due to its “black granite coating” it is protected against corrosionand can therefore be safely used outdoors. The Abus Plus disc cylinder also makes it difficult to manipulate outside. With this lock particularly valuable items can be secured, or even objects are protected, which are particularly prone to theft. It also meets certain requirements of various insurance companies . For closing containers, trucks or halls, this granite padlock is ideally suited and still costs no assets. Here you can find out more about our test winner and gain a glimpse into the interior of the castle. From us a clear buy recommendation to all who want to secure their valuables as best as possible and still want to spend no assets. Enchanted Florist
